Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

All payments made through the Dahod Smart City website are for civic services, project participation, or event registrations. We request users to read all information related to a service or event carefully before proceeding with any transaction.

2. Cancellation Requests

Once a payment is successfully made, cancellation is not guaranteed. However, in genuine cases (such as duplicate transactions or technical errors), a cancellation request may be submitted within 24 hours of payment.

Please include your payment reference number and the reason for cancellation.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only in the following scenarios:

  • Duplicate payment or multiple deductions.
  • Transaction failure with amount debited.
  • Cancellation of a paid event or service by Dahod Smart City.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned via the original payment method.

4. No Refund Conditions

No refunds shall be granted in the following cases:

  • User error or incorrect service selection.
  • Requests made after 24 hours of payment.
  • Services that have already been rendered or processed.
