City Police Commissioner A.K. Viswanathan on Friday launched a facility, wherein the members of the public could pass on information and lodge their complaints through e-mail and SMS. The facility is aimed at encouraging the public to pass on information relating to locked door so as to prevent incidents of burglaries.
